PROVINCIAL Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office Head Manuel M. Lukban, Jr. and the Bulacan PDRRMO team proudly present their trophies and certificates to Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro after emerging as champion in the Mountain Operation Search and Rescue (MOSAR) category during the Central Luzon Regional Rescue Challenge 2025 that was held last July 8 to 11, 2025 at the ASLAG Complex, Apalit, Pampanga.
Also bringing pride to the province, (beside Fernando) Miyaka Trickxie Dingle was hailed as the DRRM Ambassadress of the Central Luzon Regional Rescue Olympics 2025.
