CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan — Agents of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Bulacan Provincial Office dismantled a drug den in Upper Quarry, Barangay Minuyan, leading to the arrest of three suspects and the seizure of approximately Php 102,000.00 worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as “shabu,” during a buy-bust operation on Saturday night (October 18).
The PDEA Bulacan chief identified the suspects as alias Jomar, male, 42 years old; alias Pano, male, 26 years old; and alias Lady, female, 37 years old.
Apprehended suspects were found in possession of 6 plastic sachets containing approximately 15 grams of shabu, assorted drug paraphernalia, one android phone, and the marked buy-bust money.
The suspects will be taken to PDEA RO3 for further investigation and will be temporarily detained at the regional jail facility.
The operation included participation from the PNP Provincial Intelligence Team Bulacan East Regional Intelligence Unit 3.
Appropriate charges are being prepared under Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (UnliNews Online)
