CITY OF MALOLOS- The Provincial Government of Bulacan, headed by Governor Daniel R. Fernando, took part in the celebration of the Sto. Niño fiesta as the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO) opens the Banchetto sa Kapistahan ng Sto. Niño Food and MSME Trade Fair in front of the Regional Trial Court, Capitol Compound in this city from January 18 to 22, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Visitors of the 51 st Sto. Niño de Malolos Grand Exhibit, located at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, are invited to come and try the local delicacies and products offered by Bulakenyo small and medium enterprises.
The 51 st Sto. Niño de Malolos Grand Exhibit, spearheaded by the Sto. Niño de Malolos Foundation, Inc., is open to the public from January 16 to 22, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Meanwhile, the Grand Procession of Sto. Niño de Malolos Grand Fiesta will be held on January 25, 2026, at 4:00 pm on the streets of the province’s capital.
Moreover, Fernando served as the Hermano Mayor at the Pistang Parokya 2026 of the Sto. Niño Parish in Calumpit, Bulacan.
In his speech, the governor called on the child Jesus to continue to protect and bless the Province of Bulacan this year, and all the years after.
“Salamat po sa mga biyayang natanggap namin, sa patuloy na pag-iingat sa aming pamilya. Nawa ang pagiging bata sa puso at pagkakaroon ng tiwala at pagpapakumbaba ay manatili sa ating lahat kahit tapos na ang kapistahang ito,” the governor prayed.
He then passed the role of Hermano Mayor 2027 to Calumpit Councilor Maureen I. Torres and her family.
In 2023, through Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 260, series of 2023, the PGB crowned and conferred to the Sto. Niño de Malolos the title as the “Principe ng Bulacan”.
