VG Castro recognized for compassionate leadership at Golden Icons Awards

CITY OF MALOLOS — Known for his compassionate leadership and firm determination, Bulacan Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro was recognized as one of the Icon of Leadership Distinction Awardee during the prestigious Golden Icons Awards 2026 held at The Bellevue Manila, Alabang, Muntinlupa recently.

Leading with a purpose, Castro has consistently championed initiatives that uplift the lives of Bulakenyos and strengthen public trust in government.

In his heartful Facebook post, Castro humbly dedicated the honor to his fellow Bulakenyos, emphasizing that leadership is a shared journey built on trust and inspiration.

“Ang karangalang ito ay hindi lamang para sa akin, kundi para sa bawat Bulakenyong patuloy na nagbibigay ng tiwala at inspirasyon upang ako ay magsilbi nang may malasakit at may paninindigan. Patuloy po tayong magsusumikap na maging lingkod bayan na karapat-dapat sa inyo at sa dangal ng Lalawigan ng Bulacan,” Castro said.
