CAMP ALEJO SANTOS — Twenty-six drug suspects and eight wanted persons were arrested in different police operations on the 1st day of Bulacan police Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) against illegal drugs on Tuesday (Aug. 13).
Newly detailed Bulacan provincial director Col. Satur L. Ediong on Wednesday said that in a series of anti-illegal drug operations carried out by the station drug enforcement unit (SDEU) of Angat, Baliwag, Bocaue, Bustos, Calumpit, Malolos, Marilao, Obando, Pulilan, San Ildefonso, San Miguel, San Rafael, Santa Maria police, and Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Unit, 26 drug personalities were apprehended.

“Confiscated were a total of 29 plastic sachets of suspected shabu with a total standard drug price (SDP) of P302,089.00 and buy-bust money.
The arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. While criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspect is now being prepared for filing in court.
On the other hand, 8 persons wanted by law were arrested in different manhunt operations conducted by the tracker teams of San Rafael, Paombong, San Ildefonso, San Jose del Monte, Santa Maria, Malolos, Bocaue and Pulilan Police Station. They were arrested for crimes of Acts of Lasciviousness; Estafa; Qualified Theft; Robbery; Usurpation of Authority; Grave Threat and Other Threats.
The arrested accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit/station for proper disposition.
