Col. Ferdinand D. Germino, Provincial Director, NEPPO, served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker, underscoring the vital role of security personnel in maintaining peace and order within commercial hubs.
The inspection aimed to assess the capabilities and preparedness of the security force, while strengthening the collaborative efforts between the Philippine National Police and private security groups in upholding public safety.
