Central Luzon No. 4 most wanted captured in Minalin, Pampanga

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Cyber patrollers from the Regional Intelligence Division-Central Luzon (RID-3) aided in the arrest of a high-profile fugitive, the No. 4 Most Wanted Person at the regional level, in Minalin, Pampanga on Friday (Aug. 8).

The 56-year-old suspect, known by the alias “Daddy” and a resident of Barangay San Rafael, Guagua, is charged with two counts of Acts of Lasciviousness and two counts of Statutory Rape.

Bail for the Acts of Lasciviousness cases is set at P200,000.00 each, while the statutory rape cases are non-bailable.

Cyber Patrollers conducted online elicitation and validation to confirm the suspect’s location. A joint team from RID3 and Station 2, Olongapo City Police Office, served the warrant of arrest.

The suspect was brought to the Rural Health Unit for medical examination before presentation to the court.

PRO3 Regional Director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. commended the successful operation and underscored the importance of cyber capabilities in law enforcement, saying:

“Our Cyber Patrollers are at the frontline of modern policing. Their ability to gather, validate, and act on online intelligence is crucial in locating fugitives who attempt to evade justice by hiding in both the physical and digital world. This arrest sends a clear message — technology is our ally in protecting the public and bringing offenders to account. As long as they remain vigilant and skilled, no criminal will remain beyond our reach,” Peñones said. (UnliNews Online)
