PRO3 bolsters campaign with arrest of regional most wanted, HIV

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) achieved another significant accomplishment with the arrest of a Regional Most Wanted Person and a Newly Identified High-Value Individual (HVI) in separate police operations in Bulacan and Angeles City.

Joint tracker teams of RSOG3-RID (lead unit), IOS-RID3, PIT Bulacan West-RIU3, Cyber Patroller RID, 302nd MC RMFB3, and Bustos MPS successfully arrested Ernie Juat, Regional Most Wanted Top 2 personality in Brgy. Parulan, Bustos, Bulacan, on Saturday afternoon (Oct. 4)

The fugitive arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for two counts of Rape, docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 5164-M-2025 and 5165-M-2025, issued by RTC Branch 17, Malolos City, with No Bail Recommended.

Meanwhile, in a separate operation, at about 4 a.m. on October 5, 2025, operatives of Police Station 6 (lead unit), ACPO, and CDEU-ACPO conducted an anti-illegal drugs buy-bust operation in Brgy. Virgen Delos Remedios, Angeles City. The operation led to the arrest of a Newly Identified High-Value Individual (HVI) and two cohorts.

Confiscated during the operation were more or less 65 grams of suspected shabu worth P442,000.00, a pre-marked buy-bust money, boodle money, assorted IDs, one weighing scale, a lighter, and a red MG5 vehicle.

PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., Regional Director of PRO3, commended the successful operations and stressed that these results reflect PRO3’s full alignment with the priorities of the acting Chief PNP, P/Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr.

“These arrests clearly manifest our relentless drive to pursue fugitives and high-value drug personalities who continue to pose a threat to our communities. Guided by our Strategic Direction—Protect the People, Pursue Peace and Order, and Promote Professionalism—and in support of the programs of our Acting Chief PNP, Lt. Gen. Nartatez Jr., we will not allow lawless elements to thrive in Central Luzon. This is our solemn duty to the people we serve, and we will continue to carry it out with integrity and resolve,” RD Peñones said. (UnliNews Online)
