Central Luzon cops capture 10 most wanted fugitives in 3 days

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – Police Regional Office-3 (PRO-3) successfully arrested all Top 10 Regional Most Wanted Persons for the month of February in just three days, February 1 to 3, through coordinated operations across Central Luzon.

A statement issued Wednesday (Feb. 4) attributed the swift accomplishment to sustained intelligence work and close coordination among operating units, tracker teams and cyber patrollers.

According to PRO3, the synchronized approach allowed operating units to validate information in real time, track movements across platforms, and execute targeted operations that led to the orderly arrest of all listed individuals.
PRO3 Director PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr lauded the personnel involved and underscored the significance of the accomplishment.

“This achievement reflects the effectiveness of intelligence-driven policing and the professionalism of our personnel. Hindi ito tsamba—ito ay bunga ng maayos na intelligence work, tamang koordinasyon, at responsableng paggamit ng teknolohiya,” RD Peñones Jr said.

He added that the role of cyber patrollers has become increasingly vital in modern law enforcement, particularly in tracking suspects who attempt to evade arrest by exploiting digital platforms.

“As criminals evolve, so must the police. Our cyber patrollers and intelligence units are proving that the law can keep pace with technology,” he stressed. (UnliNews Online)
