MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Anti-narcotic operatives dismantled a drug den in Mabalacat City following a successful buy-bust operation in Barangay Sapang Biabas at around 11:36 p.m. on Monday (March 2). The operation led to the arrest of the drug den operator and two other suspects.
PDEA team leader identified the drug den operator as alias Rolly, 52 years old. The other two apprehended suspects, also known by their aliases, are Abet, 46 years old, male; and Kokoy, 23 years old, male.
Operatives confiscated seven transparent plastic sachets containing approximately six grams of suspected shabu valued at Php 40,800.00, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money.
The operation was conducted by combined elements of PDEA Provincial Offices in Tarlac and Pampanga, along with Mabalacat City Police Station.
Rolly will face non-bailable offenses under Section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) and Section 6 (maintenance of a den, dive, or resort) of Republic Act 9165. Appropriate charges under the same law will also be filed against the other two suspects. (UNliNews Online)
