CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — The Bulacan police carried out effective operations on Monday (Nov. 27), leading to the arrest of multiple individuals involved in criminal activities. This was highlighted by the apprehension of a Most Wanted Person (MWP) and other individuals wanted for various criminal offenses.
In reports submitted to Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO, the Top 9 Provincial Level and Top 2 Municipal Level MWP of Marilao, Bulacan, identified as Elmer Bautista, was tracked down and apprehended by the Marilao PS operatives and Provincial Intelligence Team (PIT – Bulacan West) at Brgy. Bayugo, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
Bautista is wanted for the crime of violating the ‘Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002’ (Sections 11 and 12) of RA 9165, for serving of sentence, by virtue of a warrant issued by the Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 82, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
In addition, various tracker teams from the 1st PMFC, Guiguinto, CSJDM, Balagtas, Bustos, and San Rafael PS conducted operations leading to the arrest of six individuals with outstanding warrants for various crimes and violations as sanctioned by the court.
All apprehended individuals are currently in the custody of the respective arresting unit or station for proper disposition.
