Nueva Ecija PNP receives logistics from PRO3 chief

NUEVA ECIJA PROVINCIAL POLICE OFFICE — The provincial police office of Nueva Ecija headed by Col. Richard Caballero received two patrol cars and 148 high – powered rifles, ammunition and 15 tactical vests on recently from Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Central Luzon regional police director.

According to Col. Caballero, the logistics were given by Hidalgo during his first official command visit to the Nueva Ecija Provincial Police Office and will be distributed among crime-prone police stations.

The logistics was part of the PNP modernization efforts and support to its anti-criminality campaigns and other field of operation strategies against insurgency and terrorism, Hidalgo said.

Caballero added that the two mobile patrol vehicles will be given to the  Guimba and Sta. Rosa Police Stations while the 148 long firearms including 1036 magazines and 31,080 rounds of ammunition will be for realignment to the 17 police stations in the province and the 15 tactical vests to five selected police stations.
