Meycauayan donates 2 patrol vehicles, 6 motorcycles to boost operational capability

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) received a boost in its operational capability after Meycauayan City government donated on Wednesday (Sept. 3) two brand-new Toyota Hilux patrol vehicles and six (6) brand-new 150cc Honda XR motorcycles to the Meycauayan City Police Station.

In his statement Thursday (Sept. 4), City Mayor Henry Villarica said the donation is expected to enhance police mobility, visibility, and quick response in Meycauayan City, contributing to crime prevention and improved public safety.

PRO3 Regional Director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. expressed his appreciation to Mayor Villarica for his strong support to the police force.

“On behalf of PRO3, we extend our gratitude to Mayor Villarica for these mobility assets. These vehicles will help our police officers perform their duties more effectively and serve the people of Meycauayan with greater efficiency. This initiative is in line with the 7-Point Agenda of our Acting Chief PNP, PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly on enhancing police operations to safeguard our communities,” Peñones Jr. said.

The newly donated patrol vehicles and motorcycles will be deployed immediately to support anti-criminality campaigns, law enforcement operations, and community safety programs in Meycauayan City. (UnliNews Online)
