CITY OF MALOLOS — Despite the heavy rain, Bulakenyos did not let it stop them from continuing the annual celebration of Singkaban Festival 2025 Grand Opening event thru “Parada ng mga Karosa” on Monday afternoon (Sept. 8), the Provincial Public Affairs Office reported.

Fernando also highlighted Bulacan’s recognition as the 3rd Safest Place in the Philippines for 2025 as announced by the World Travel Index, a testament to his leadership’s promise of making the province an ideal travel destination.

Jumapao, commended all Bulakenyos for uplifting the tourism spirit in the province through their genuine unity in this year’s celebration of Singkaban Festival.

“Ang Singkaban Festival ay patunay na kahit ano ang gawin, sa pagkakaisa, together we can preserve our traditions while creating new opportunities for growth,” Jumapao added.
