CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Police Regional Office 3 strengthened its intensified anti-illegal drug campaign following the arrest of three high-value individuals (HVIs) in separate operations conducted in Nueva Ecija and Bulacan on Thursday (May 21).
In Bongabon, Nueva Ecija, joint operatives of Bongabon Municipal Police Station and the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company arrested a female HVI during an anti-illegal drug operation in Barangay Kaingin. Authorities confiscated suspected shabu weighing approximately 51.30 grams with an estimated value of P348,840.00
Meanwhile, operatives of the City Drug Enforcement Unit of San Jose Del Monte City Police Station arrested two HVIs in Barangay Bagong Buhay 1, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Recovered during the operation were around 110 grams of suspected shabu worth P748,000, marked money, a caliber .38 revolver, and live ammunition.
PRO3 Regional Director Brig. General Jess B. Mendez commended the operating units for the successful operations and reaffirmed PRO3’s commitment to the intensified anti-drug campaign under the PNP Focused Agenda of Chief, PNP P/Gen. Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr.
“These successful operations reflect our firm commitment to protecting communities against illegal drugs and criminality.
