Top 1 most wanted sa Bulacan, nasakote ng San Rafael PNP

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Nasakote ng mga operatiba ng Bulacan Police Provincial Office ang Top 1 Most Wanted Person (Provincial Level) sa isinagawang joint warrant operation ng San Rafael Municipal Police Station at Minalin Municipal Police Station ng Pampanga Police Provincial Office bandang alas-1:40 ng hapon noong Biyernes (July 3) sa Brgy. Pinac-Pinacan, San Rafael, Bulacan.

Base sa ulat, kinilala ang naarestong akusado na si Alyas Pilo, 36 taong gulang, construction worker, at residente ng Brgy. Pinac-Pinacan, San Rafael, Bulacan.

Ang operasyon ay isinagawa ng mga tauhan ng San Rafael Municipal Police Station katuwang ang Minalin Municipal Police Station ng Pampanga Police Provincial Office, kaugnay ng mga kasong tatlong (3) bilang ng Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to Section 5(b) of Republic Act No. 7610 at tatlong (3) bilang ng Sexual Assault under Article 266-A(2) of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5(b) of Republic Act No. 7610, sa ilalim ng Criminal Case Nos. 3555 hanggang 3560-M-2026.

Ang naturang warrant ay inilabas ni Hon. Maria Zenaida Bernadette Tamayo Mendiola, Presiding Judge ng Regional Trial Court, Branch 80, Third Judicial Region, Malolos City, Bulacan noong Hunyo 10, 2026.

Inirekomenda ng hukuman ang piyansang P540,000 para sa tatlong bilang ng Acts of Lasciviousness at P600,000 para sa tatlong bilang ng Sexual Assault.

Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng San Rafael Municipal Police Station ang akusado para sa kaukulang dokumentasyon at iba pang legal na proseso bago iharap sa hukuman na nagpalabas ng warrant. (UnliNews Online)
