10 dating rebeldeng NPA, tumanggap ng livelihood assistance

LUNGSOD NG MALOLOS, Bulacan — Sampung mga dating miyembro ng New People’s Army na nagbalik-loob sa pamahalaan ang tumanggap ng livelihood assistance na nagkakahalaga ng P20,000 sa Pamahalaang Panlalawigan.

Ang pagbibigay ng perang panimula ng mga dating rebelde ay pinangunahan nina Gov. Daniel Fernando at Vice Gov. Alex Castro sa pamamagitan ng Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) sa ilalim ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Naging katuwang sina Lt. Col. Ronnel Dela Cruz, Commanding Officer ng 70 Infantry Battalion, 7th Infantry Division,1st Lt. Patricia Louise Ochate, Acting Civil Military Officer ng Philippine Army (PA), at Lamberto Villanueva, Focal DSWD Field Office 3 ang pagbibigay ng tulong pinansyal.

Ang nasabing financial assistance ay dagdag suporta sa sampung dating mga rebelde para sa kanilang pagbabagong-buhay kasama ang kanilang mga pamilya. (UnliNews Online)
