CITY OF MALOLOS — Her Excellency MaryKay Carlson, U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines, will discuss the Philippines-US relations and its impact on Bulacan in the program “Usapang Dangal” on Saturday (April 29) at North Polo Club in the town of Pulilan.
The said forum is a program of Dangal ng Bulacan Foundation, Inc. (DBFI) wherein Ambassador Carlson is the guest of honor on the first face-to-face sit-in discussion post-pandemic.
A possible program partnership between the Provincial Government of Bulacan (PGB) with the DBFI and the US Embassy is also anticipated.
Through the conduct of this activity, the DBFI also aims to disseminate information and increase awareness up to the national level; convene the recipients of Gawad Dangal ng Lipi; and gather the government officials and private sector leaders in key industries to discuss future opportunities.
As the province is considered the Philippines’ springboard of development according to DBFI, the attention and support from its allies, especially the from the USA, will be relevant and will strongly benefit the province.
US Embassy Press Attaché Kanishka Gangopadhyay is expected to attend the forum. Further, Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando will also grace the program to welcome the guest of honor and to share his message about the upcoming major projects in the province.
