HERMOSA, Bataan — Assorted illegal drugs such as shabu, marijuana, and sniffing paraphernalia were confiscated from a drug den operator after operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Bataan Provincial Office swooped down on a makeshift drug den in Barangay Pandatung, Hermosa town, on Wednesday night (Aug. 20).
The male den operator was identified as alias Jay, 41 years old. Two other arrested suspects were identified as alias Rome, male, 34; and alias Ven, male, 33.
The apprehended suspects yielded roughly 10 grams of shabu, five grams of marijuana, assorted sniffing paraphernalia, one (Android phone), and the buy-bust money used during the sting operation.
The operation was conducted through the collaborative effort between PDEA Offices in Bataan and the Bataan Seaport Interdiction Unit and police counterparts in Bataan.Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are now being readied for filing in court. (UnliNews Online)
