ANGELES CITY — Another male suspect included in the regional target list of drug personalities was arrested during a buy-bust operation at a popular clothing brand parking lot at around 3:47 p.m. in Barangay Pulung Maragul on Thursday (October 2).
PDEA Pampanga Provincial Officer identified the arrested suspect as alias “Josh,” male, 28 years old, resident of Barangay Bulaon, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Operating teams recovered 2 pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing roughly 10 grams of shabu worth P68,000.00 and the marked money used during the sting operation.
PDEA said that the apprehended suspect had been under PDEA’s radar since August this year.
The operation was conducted jointly by operatives led by the PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office and the Angeles City Police Office.
A non-bailable offense under section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) of Republic Act 9165 will be charged against the arrested suspect. Said charge carries the penalty of life imprisonment and a fine ranging from P500,000.00 to 10 million pesos. (UnliNews Online)
