CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — San Ildefonso anti-illegal drug operatives arrested 3 suspects and seized 151 grams of shabu with an estimated value of P1,026,800 during a buy bust operation in Brgy. Pala-Pala.
In a statement on Friday (June 14), Lt. Col. Jacquiline Puapo, Provincial Director, officer in charge, Bulacan PPO said an anti-illegal drug operation conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of San Ildefonso Police Station resulted in the successful arrest of three drug peddlers that transpired at around 9 pm.
Confiscated were a total of nine pieces of medium heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets, and one knot-tied large transparent plastic ice bag containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, weighing more or less 151 grams, with a standard drug price of P1,026,800, cellphone, pouch, digital weighing scale and buy-bust money.
The arrested suspects and the confiscated evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examination, while appropriate criminal complaints for violations of Sections 5 11 and 26, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, have been prepared against the suspects for filing in court.
