GERONA, Tarlac — The completion of the multipurpose building (MPB) in Barangay Malayep, Gerona by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Tarlac 1st District Engineering Office (DEO), has enhanced local governance and brought more efficient public service closer to the community.
