Meanwhile, in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, a buy-bust operation conducted by the Mabalacat CPS-SDEU at around 10:16 PM resulted in the arrest of HVIs alias “Chika” and alias “Niks”. Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) Director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., commended the successful operations and emphasized the importance of sustained efforts.

“These intelligence-driven operations are proof that our anti-illegal drugs campaign is working. Even on weekends, our personnel do not stop—we are always ready to act on validated information and protect our communities from the scourge of illegal drugs. The war against drugs is a continuous effort, and we will remain relentless and uncompromising,” RD Peñones stressed.
