CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — A total of 645 newly graduated Patrolmen and Patrolwomen of the Philippine National Police (PNP) have been strategically distributed to various Police Provincial Offices (PPOs) and City Police Offices (CPOs) under Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), significantly reinforcing frontline manpower and police visibility across Central Luzon.
Prior to their deployment, the new police officers were properly oriented on the 3Ps of PRO3—Protect the People, Pursue Peace and Order, and Promote Professionalism—to ensure that their performance in the field is anchored on people-centered, lawful, and professional policing.
In a statement, PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., Regional Director of PRO3, emphasized the importance of strategic manpower deployment in strengthening police operations, especially during the ongoing holiday season.
“Ang deployment ng ating mga bagong pulis ay mahalaga upang matiyak na ang bawat yunit ay may sapat na personnel strength upang epektibong magsilbi at magprotekta sa ating mga kababayan.
These newly graduated Patrolmen and Patrolwomen, who are already grounded in the 3Ps of PRO3, will further enhance police visibility, responsiveness, and operational readiness across Central Luzon,” PBGEN Peñones Jr. said.
The augmentation is expected to boost crime prevention, law enforcement operations, and community engagement, particularly in areas with identified manpower variance and high operational demand.
This initiative directly supports the PNP Focused Agenda under the leadership of Acting Chief, PNP PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly in the areas of Enhanced Managing Police Operations, Resource Management, and Community Support, ensuring that police resources are effectively allocated where they are most needed.
Through this deployment, PRO3 reaffirms its commitment to building a capable, visible, and people-oriented police force—guided by the 3Ps, ready to respond to public safety needs, and steadfast in upholding peace and order throughout Central Luzon. (UnliNews Online)
