ATTY. Dalisay Ople – San Jose leads the ceremonial turn-over of some of Gat Blas F. Ople’s book collections to the Bulacan Provincial Library during the 99th birth anniversary commemoration of the Father of Philippine Labor Code and Overseas Filipino Workers on Tuesda ( February 3), held at the Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo, Hiyas ng Bulacan Cultural Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
