CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (BPPO), under the leadership of P/Col. Jay B. Baybayan, Officer-In-Charge, successfully apprehended all Top Ten Provincial Most Wanted Persons for April 2026 within just two days.
“The success of the anti-criminality drive make possible thru the intelligence-driven operations, strong inter-unit coordination, and the active participation of intelligence operatives, tracker teams, and cyber patrollers,” Col. Baybayan said.
He added, although it is the Lenten season, the Bulacan PNP remains duly committed to arrest all those MWP persons.
This achievement highlights the office’s intensified campaign against criminality and its unwavering commitment to the swift execution of warrants of arrest.
The coordinated efforts of multiple police units, combined with strategic planning and precise intelligence gathering, were crucial in quickly identifying, locating, and apprehending the wanted individuals.
