CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Mabalacat City Police Station, scored another significant accomplishment following the successful arrest of a High-Value Individual (HVI) and the confiscation of approximately 120 grams of suspected shabu worth P816,000.00 during a buy-bust operation on Friday afternoon in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
Based on the reportof P/Col. Eugene M. Marcelo, Pampanga Provincial Director, at about 5:53 PM on May 8, 2026, joint operatives from the Mabalacat City Police Station – Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU), serving as the lead unit, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 3 (PDEA RO3) and Pampanga PO as support unit, conducted an anti-illegal drug operation along P. Burgos Street, Barangay Poblacion, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
The operation resulted in the arrest of alias “Badong,” 42 years old, identified as a High-Value Individual (HVI).
Confiscated from the suspect were approximately 120 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated Standard Drug Price of P816,000.00.
The arrested suspect, together with the confiscated pieces of evidence, was brought to Mabalacat City Police Station for documentation and proper disposition, while appropriate charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, are being prepared against the suspect.
“This successful operation reflects the continuous efforts of our operating units and partner agencies in neutralizing individuals involved in the illegal drug trade.
