SUBIC, Zambales — A 59-year old drug peddler included in the PDEA Regional Target List of drug personalities was collared during an entrapment operation in Purok 6A, Barangay Calapacuan on Wednesday (May 20).
The operation was carried out at 9:13 p m. resulting in the confiscation of approximately P170,000 worth of suspected shabu.
PDEA Zambales Provincial Office identified the arrested suspect as alias “Totoy”, male, 59 years old and a resident of Barangay Calapacuan.
Totoy yielded one piece of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing roughly 25 grams of suspected shabu (valued at P170,000), one cellular phone and the buy-bust money.
Alias “Totoy” will be turned-over to PDEA-3 custodial facility, while confiscated illegal drugs will undergo the routinary forensic examination.
The operation was through the collaborative effort between PDEA Zambales Provincial Office, Subic MPS, PNP Drug Enforcement Unit (PPDEU), and PNP Drug Enforcement Group-SOU. (UnliNews Online)
