Bulacan police arrested all Top 10 prov’l most wanted for August

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bulacan PPO), under the leadership of P/Col. Jay B. Baybayan, acting Provincial Director, recorded another major operational accomplishment after successfully arresting all Top 10 Provincial Most Wanted Persons for August 2026 in just three days of intensified manhunt operations conducted across the province.

The remarkable feat was achieved through the collective efforts of Bulacan PPO’s operating units, intelligence personnel, tracker teams, cyber patrollers, and investigators who worked in close coordination to locate and apprehend the wanted individuals.

By employing intelligence-driven policing, enhanced surveillance, and strategic operational planning, the provincial police force effectively accelerated its campaign against fugitives, leading to the swift completion of the August Top 10 Most Wanted Persons list.

The successful apprehension of all Top 10 Provincial Most Wanted Persons within only three days highlights Bulacan PPO’s operational efficiency, strong inter-unit coordination, and unwavering commitment to ensuring that individuals facing criminal charges are brought before the courts.

It likewise demonstrates the effectiveness of intelligence-led policing and the dedication of police personnel in carrying out aggressive and sustained manhunt operations.

Baybayan lauded the unwavering commitment and professionalism of all police personnel who participated in the operations, emphasizing that the accomplishment reflects the strong teamwork, discipline, and operational readiness of every unit within the Bulacan Police Provincial Office.
