PRO3 nabs all Top 10 Regional Most Wanted persons in four days

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) accounted for all Top 10 Regional Most Wanted Persons (RMWPs) for October 2026 within the first four days of the month, following sustained intelligence-driven operations and close coordination among police units across Central Luzon.

PRO3 said the arrests highlighted the region’s intensified efforts to track down and apprehend individuals listed among its most wanted, backed by intelligence gathering and coordinated police operations.

The feat marks the seventh month this year that PRO3 has completed its Top 10 RMWP list, following similar accomplishments in March, April, June, July, August, and September, and extends the streak to five consecutive months from June to October.

The arrested individuals were facing serious charges, including murder, statutory rape, and rape.

PRO3 Director P/BRig. Gen. Jess B. Mendez commended the operating units, saying the accomplishment reflects effective intelligence gathering, case monitoring, and coordinated police action.

“Accounting for all our Top 10 Regional Most Wanted Persons within the first four days of October shows what our personnel can accomplish through intelligence, coordination, and determined police work,” Mendez said.

He stressed that operations will continue beyond the Top 10.
“Our work does not stop here. We will continue to pursue other wanted persons. Those who try to evade the law should not expect to find refuge anywhere in Central Luzon,” he added.

PBGEN Mendez also encouraged the public to continue providing information that may help police locate wanted persons and to use Unified 911 for emergencies requiring immediate assistance.

The accomplishment supports the PNP Focused Agenda of Chief, PNP P/Gen. Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly the continuing drive to strengthen police operations and public safety.

PRO3 vowed to sustain its lawful, intelligence-driven operations and responsive police services in line with Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman. (UnliNews Online)
