CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Central Luzon police put behind bars two wanted persons accused of multiple counts of estafa, including their personal driver, at Magalang, Pampanga on Thursday (May 4).
Based on the reports submitted to PRO3 Director Brig.Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr., elements of Regional Special Operations Group 3 (RSOG3) together with Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 (RMFB3) and Magalang MPS conducted manhunt operations at Brgy. San Francisco in the said town that resulted in the arrest of Jemma Molito y Sabordo, 37 years old, native of Midsayaf, Cotobato, Meynard Cabungcal y Alonzo, 46 years old, native of Quezon City, and Judy Anicete y Due, 55 years old, native of Angeles City.
Molito is arrested for 8 counts of Estafa with no recommended bail while Cabungcal is accused for 6 counts of Estafa. Anicete, on the other hand, was arrested for illegal possession of firearms and ammunition. The trio were also charged with Violation of Article 151 RPC (Resistance and Disobedience to a person in authority).
Hidalgo said that Central Luzon police is unremitting in accounting for and arresting individuals sought by law.
