NEPPO welcomes Claravall as new Top Cop

CAMP GEN. MARIANO N. LLANERA, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija — Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO) welcomes P/Col. Ritchie Rodriguez Claravall as the acting Provincial Director of Nueva Ecija replacing P/Col. Heryl L. Bruno, during the Turnover of Command Ceremony held in thius camp on Tuesday (March 10).

The ceremony was presided over by P/Brig. Gen. Jess B. Mendez, the new Regional Director of Police Regional Office 3.

In his message, outgoing Provincial Director Col. Bruno, who served NEPPO for 8 months, conveyed his sincere appreciation to the personnel and stakeholders who supported his leadership and urged the force to remain united and committed to excellence under the new leadership.

Col. Claravall, a member of PNPA MAGILAS Class of 2000, affirmed that assuming the position is a profound responsibility that he wholeheartedly accepts. He vowed to uphold professionalism, integrity, and genuine public service in maintaining peace and order and strengthening public trust, in line with the directives of the Chief, PNP, and the organization’s commitment to swift, responsive, and reliable police service.

Brig. gen. Mendez, encouraged the personnel of the Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO) to extend their full support and cooperation to the newly installed Provincial Director. He also emphasized the importance of unity, discipline, and professionalism among the ranks as they continue to strengthen peace and order and enhance public safety programs across the province.
