SM Active Hub turns One, ignites Bulacan’s sports scene

CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — SM malls in Marilao, Baliwag, and Pulilan are redefining the summer scene in Bulacan as the malls mark SM Active Hub’s 1st-year anniversary on April 11-12, attracting hundreds of participants into one game-changing campaign that positions SM Supermalls as the go-to destination for sports activities and events beyond malling.

The campaign started strong in SM City Marilao with a football open play and clinic drawing at least 200 athletes, followed by a table tennis session with over 100 young participants, indicating great community enthusiasm.

It’s definitely game on for young athletes who participated in the recent football open play & clinic held in celebration of SM Active Hub’s 1st-year anniversary at SM City Marilao.

The momentum goes beyond Marilao, with SM City Baliwag and SM Center Pulilan participating through their own sporting projects. SM City Baliwag brought the community together for a 5km run, attracting 400 participants from across Bulacan, alongside a table tennis tournament, while SM Center Pulilan hosts pickleball matches and basketball clinics.

In the coming weeks, SM Center Pulilan is set to roll out sports activities like taekwondo, aikido, jiu-jitsu, and karate, while SM City Marilao will kick off volleyball camp, giving Bulakeños more reasons to stay fit.

SM Active Hub is the premier sports and fitness initiative by SM Supermalls, offering a dynamic and inclusive environment for sports lovers across the Philippines. Designed to bring communities together, SM Active Hub provides accessible venues, expert-led training, and exciting events that cater to all levels of fitness and athleticism. (UnliNews Online)
