CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Separate manhunt operations resulted in the arrest of four top most wanted individuals conducted region-wide on Friday (May 26).
In Bataan, the Top 3 most wanted persons identified as Jerome Lim y Vilafuerte arrested by joint personnel of Dinalupihan MPS, CIDG PFU Bataan, Hermosa MPS, PIU Bataan, RIU-3 PIT Bataan, and 1st PMFC Bataan for Rape, issued by Hon. Ma. Lourdes Elatanal-Ignaci, Regional Trial Court, Branch 5, Dinalupihan, Bataan.
Similarly, John Aaron Raymundo y Fermin, Top 4 Most Wanted Person in Jaen, was arrested by joint elements of Jaen MPS together with Tarlac City Police Station, NEPPO PIU, 1st PMFC NEPPO, 303rd and 304th MC RMFB3, and IOS RID3 thru manhunt operation at Balingcanaway, Tarlac City for Rape issued by Hon. Elenita N. Evangelista-Casipit, Presiding Judge Branch 36 RTC Gapan City, Nueva Ecija.
In Olongapo City, Station level top 7 Most Wanted Person identified as Nicanor Buenaventura y Bond aka Lelet was arrested by elements of Police Station 4 at Tagumpay Street, Barangay New Cabalan, Olongapo City for violation of Sec.11 and Sec. 12 Art. II of RA 9165 under Criminal Case No. 2023-33 and 2023-34 issued by Hon. Melani Fay V. Tadili, Presiding Judge of RTC Third Judicial Region, Branch 97 Olongapo City with P200,000 and P40,000 recommended bail.
In Pampanga, Jhon Kurt Guinto y Lacson, the Top 1 Most Wanted Person in San Fernando, was arrested by joint personnel of San Fernando CPS and Intelligence Section of RMFB3 for Child Pornography under Criminal Case No. 5639 and Sexual Assault under Criminal Case No. 5638 with P200,000.00 recommended bail issued by Hon. Rohermia J Jamsani-Rodriguez, Presiding Judge of Family Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 9, San Fernando City Pampanga.
PRO3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. said that the constant arrests of persons sought by law were the result of the extensive manhunt and surveillance operations being initiated by combined units to bring fugitives to the folds of justice and answer for the crimes they committed.
