CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Thirteen drug traders and five wanted persons were arrested by the Bulacan police on Tuesday (May 30).
Based on the report to Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO, it was stated that different buy bust operations of the station drug enforcement unit (SDEU) operatives of San Jose Del Monte, Bustos, Malolos, Angat, and Pandi MPS resulted in the arrest of thirteen (13) drug peddlers.
Confiscated from the suspects were a total of 27 sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and buy bust money.
The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination and will be charged with violations of Sections 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165, or the selling and use of illegal drugs.
Meanwhile, four persons wanted by law were arrested in different police operations conducted by tracker teams of Guiguinto, Bulacan CIDG PFU, Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Unit, and joint tracker teams of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, San Rafael MPS, and Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3.
In addition, a known hard-core Member of CG’s Delos Santos Group identified as Faisal Andrade Hortaleza, also known as Sherwin Faisal Andrade Y Hortaleza, of Area B, Bagong Buhay III, CSJDM, was arrested by the tracker team of San Jose Del Monte CPS by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crimes of Robbery with P100,000 bail recommended and Attempted Homicide with P36,000 bail recommended.
All the arrested accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit/station for proper disposition.
