CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — A notorious drug pusher involved in the bulk distribution of illegal drugs in the province of Bulacan was arrested after he sold shabu to a poseur buyer during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Minuyan Proper, City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM), Bulacan on Monday afternoon (Aug. 17).
Based on the police report sent to UnliNews Online by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Bulacan Provincial Office this Tuesday afternoon, identified the arrested suspect as alias “Jake”, male, 50 years old, and a resident of Barangay Minuyan Proper, CSJDM, Bulacan.
Jake yielded six pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing more or less 30 grams (valued at P204,000), one unit cellular phone, and the marked money used during the sting operation.
Apprehended suspect will be temporarily detained at the PDEA Jail Facility in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The operation was conducted by combined elements of PDEA Bulacan Provincial Office, along with the Provincial Intelligence Team Bulacan East Regional Intelligence Unit 3.
A case for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) under Republic Act 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court against the suspect. (UnliNews Online)
