CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) posted a significant improvement in its Crime Solution Efficiency (CSE), recording 76.59 percent during the first semester of 2026, up from 72.40 percent in the previous semester covering July to December 2025.
The 5.79 percent increase reflects the strengthened investigative efforts and enhanced coordination among police units across Central Luzon in solving cases and bringing offenders before the bar of justice.
The accomplishment was reported by P/Col. Robert Domingo, Chief of the Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD), during his presentation to P/Brig. Gen. Jess B. Mendez, Regional Director, PRO 3.
P/Col. Domingo attributed the improved performance to the persistence and dedication of investigators and operating units throughout the region.
“Every crime is pursued relentlessly until solved,” Domingo emphasized.
PBGEN Mendez, meanwhile, underscored the importance of unity and collaboration among all operating units in sustaining the gains in crime solution and investigation.
“Simple lang ang ating mensahe—hindi natin hahayaan na maging ligtas na kanlungan ng mga criminal ang Central Luzon. Kapag nagsanib-puwersa ang ating mga Police Provincial Offices, City Police Office, Regional Support Units, CIDG, at iba pang operating units, kapag nagkakaisa tayo, nagtutulungan, at iisa ang direksyon, mareresolba natin ang bawat kasong haharapin natin,” Mendez said.
The Regional Director added that the accomplishment reflects PRO3’s commitment to the directives of Chief, PNP, P/Gen. Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly in delivering police service that is responsive, professional, and genuinely felt by the communities.
PRO3 continues to strengthen its investigative capabilities through continuous training, capability enhancement, and closer coordination among operating units to further improve both crime clearance and crime solution performance across the region.
Guided by the principle of “Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman,” PRO3 remains steadfast in ensuring that justice is served and that Central Luzon remains unsafe for criminals and safe for the law-abiding public. (UnliNews Online)
