PRO3 boosts police infra projects with 2 new police stations in Bulacan

CAMP ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — PRO3 Regional Director P/Brig. Gen. Jess B. Mendez with Bulacan police director P/Col. Jay B. Baybayan led the blessing of the renovated Bulakan Municipal Police Station in Brgy. San Jose in Bulakan and the inauguration of the newly constructed Pulilan Municipal Police Station in Brgy. Poblacion, Pulilan, on Monday (July 20).

In the town of Bulakan, Mendez joined Mayor Hon. Vergel C. Meneses in formally opening the renovated police station, which now offers a safer, more functional, and more conducive workplace for police personnel.

The upgraded facility, aaccording to Mendez, is expected to improve daily operations and further enhance the delivery of responsive and people-centered police services.

Later that day, Mendez, together with Pulilan Mayor Hon. Rolando S. Peralta Jr., led the blessing and inauguration of the new Pulilan Municipal Police Station. Designed to meet the growing needs of the municipality, the facility provides modern workspaces and operational capabilities that will enable police personnel to respond more effectively to the needs of the community.

Mendez said that investing in police infrastructure is a vital component of strengthening law enforcement capabilities and ensuring that police personnel are equipped to provide quality public service.

“A police station is more than just a workplace—it is where public service begins. By investing in better facilities, we are also investing in the welfare of our personnel and in our ability to provide faster, more efficient, and more compassionate service to our communities. These developments reflect our unwavering commitment to building a stronger and more responsive Police Regional Office 3,” Mendez said.

The completion of the Bulakan and Pulilan police station projects reflects the strong partnership between the Philippine National Police and local government units in advancing safer and more resilient communities. The improved facilities are expected to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen community engagement, and provide police personnel with an environment that supports professional, responsive, and service-oriented policing.
