Most wanted person and other law offenders in Bulacan, arrested

CAMP GEN. ALEJO S. SANTOS — The Bulacan police successfully carried out a series of police operations that resulted in significant arrests and these operations led to the capture of a Most Wanted Person (MWP), along with the apprehension of four felons, six drug peddlers, and a carnapper onMonday.

Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan provincial director on Tuesday (June 6) reported that the diligent pursuit operation, carried out by the Bulacan Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) PFU in collaboration with the Pandi Police Station, led to the arrest of Jacinto Libiran Jr., 38 years old, a businessman and resident of Malibong Matanda, Pandi.

Libiran Jr. is an additional MWP – Municipal Level of Balagtas, Bulacan, and is wanted for multiple crimes, including 5 counts of Qualified Rape, 3) counts of Sexual Assault, and 2 counts of Violation of R.A 7610. These charges are based on a warrant issued by RTC Br.16 in Malolos City.

In addition, several other wanted felons were apprehended by tracker teams from Plaridel, CSJDM, and Paombong PS. The individuals apprehended include Jayson Dela Cruz for Rape, Marvin Caritos for RIR in Damage to Property, Eduardo Acuram for Robbery, and Rhyel Camua for violation of R.A 7610.

Meanwhile, the Station Drug Enforcement Unit of Malolos City, Meycauayan City, and Plaridel PS conducted anti-drug operations, resulting in the arrest of multiple drug personalities.

The arrested individuals were identified as Ruelito Narciso and Nenita Ventura from Balite, Malolos City; Jesus Manuel and Jomarie Manuel from Lawa, Meycauayan City; Lowell Buna from Bayugo, Meycauayan City; and Jomel Laureo from Lumang Bayan, Plaridel. The police confiscated a total of 24 sachets of suspected shabu and marked money during the operations.

Furthermore, the Baliwag Police Station promptly responded to a carnapping incident in Tibag, Baliwag, where a motorcycle was forcefully taken by a suspect.

The police swiftly initiated a follow-up operation and managed to spot the suspect, Oliver Mardan, along Carpa Village in Brgy. Sabang, Baliwag. Mardan was apprehended while riding the stolen motorcycle, leading to the successful recovery of the stolen vehicle.

The relentless determination exhibited by the Bulacan PNP in their unwavering pursuit of justice, targeting drug offenders and capturing wanted individuals, aligns perfectly with the mandate outlined by Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. PRO3 regional director.
