SSS president visits Dagupan Branch

DAGUPAN — Social Security System (SSS) President and Chief Executive Officer Rolando Ledesma Macasaet had a “kamustahan” session with transacting members in SSS Dagupan during his Regional Visit in North and Central Luzon recently.

Macasaet observed the on-the-ground situation in the Dagupan Branch where he witnessed the needs of transacting clients.

A mini conference was held that same day where branch employees raised various concerns about SSS transaction processing and suggested ways to further improve service delivery through “Masayang Paglilingkod, Serbisyong Ramdam.”

During the dialogue, he told the members that “Nandito po ako dahil sa pamahalaan ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos, kailangan lahat kami ay nagtatrabaho para ang serbisyo namin sa inyo ay tama,” Macasaet concluded.

He also acknowledged the dedication of the 6,000 SSS employees who need to serve 41 million members and vowed to improve processes to lessen waiting time for over-the-counter transactions. (UnliNews Online)
