SUBIC, Zambales — A drug peddler listed in the Regional Target List of drug personalities was nabbed and led to the confiscation of some P88,400.00 worth of shabu during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Calapacuan, Subic town, late Friday night (May 23).
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Zambales chief identified the arrested suspect as alias Dado, male, 68 years old, resident of Barangay Matain, Subic, Zambales.
Approximately 13 grams of shabu worth P88,400.00, one (1) unit of smartphone, and the buy-bust money were confiscated from the arrested suspect.
The operation was conducted through the collaborative efforts between the PDEA Zambales Provincial Office, the Subic Police Station, and the Zambales Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit.
Alias Dado will be charged with Violation of Sections 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) and Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) of Republic Act 9165, which carries a non-bailable offense. (UnliNews Online)
