LIMAY, Bataan — Two drug suspects involved in the bulk distribution of shabu in the province were arrested by agents of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Bataan Provincial Office following a buy-bust operation on Saturday afternoon (June 14) at around 3:40 p.m., in Barangay Townsite, Limay town.
The anti-drug operation also led to the confiscation of some P340,000.00 worth of shabu and arrested 2 drug peddlers identified as alias Jojo, male, 47 years old; and alias Jess, male, 48, both are residents of Mariveles, Bataan.

PDEA agents recovered approximately 50 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) worth P40,000.00, and the buy-bust money used by the poseur buyer.
The operation was conducted through the collaborative efforts of PDEA Bataan Provincial Office, Bataan PPO Drug Enforcement Unit and Drug Enforcement Unit of Balanga City Police Station.
Apprehended suspects will be temporarily detained at PDEA jail facility in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
A non-bailable offense under Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), in relation to section 26B (Conspiracy to Sell), of Republic Act 9165 will be charged against the arrested suspects. (UnliNews Online)
