CITY OF MALOLOS – To reinforce the vital bond between law enforcement and local governance, the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (BPPO) conducted its traditional New Year’s Call to Governor Daniel R. Fernando on January 16, 2026, at the Balagtas Hall, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center to strengthen teamwork and solidify the partnership between the BPPO and the Provincial Government of Bulacan in maintaining peace and public safety as the year begins.

In his message to the troops, Governor Fernando acknowledged the diligence and tireless efforts of the PNP Bulacan in carrying out their duties. Highlighting his administration’s full support for the police force, the Governor emphasized the weight of their sacrifice for the province.

“Salamat po sa inyong pagseserbisyo. Alam ko pong tinataya ninyo ang inyong buhay upang pagsilbihan ang bayan,” Fernando said.

The PNP Bulacan Courtesy Call 2026 was led by Provincial Director PCOL Angel L. Garcillano, together with Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) Chief of Regional Staff PCOL Maharlika Oscar Villasis and PRO 3 Regional Community Affairs and Development Division Chief PCOL Ferdinand D. Germino. They were joined by members of the Provincial Command Group, provincial staff, chiefs of national support units, Force Commanders, and the Chiefs of Police from the province’s various cities and municipalities.

Through this tradition, both the PNP and the PGB reaffirm their shared commitment to a safer and more secure Bulacan for the year ahead. (UnliNews Online)
