CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — As part of the Philippine National Police’s continuing Internal Cleansing Program, Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), under the leadership of P/Brig. Gen. Jess B. Mendez, Regional Director, conducted a random drug testing for Police Commissioned Officers (PCOs) on Wednesday (July 8), at the Patrol Hall of the Multipurpose Building, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The activity reflects PRO3’s unwavering commitment to integrity, professionalism, and accountability within the police organization, while ensuring that its personnel remain physically fit, mentally prepared, and capable of carrying out their duties effectively.
P/Brig. Gen. Mendez emphasized that maintaining a drug-free police force is essential to preserving the discipline, credibility, and public trust expected of every member of the organization.
