Police arrest Central Luzon’s most wanted persons

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Police Regional Office 3 cops were able to arrest four most wanted persons (MWP) in the region charged with crimes related to illegal drugs, illegal recruitment, and rape during separate operations conducted on Friday (May 12).

In Aurora, police authorities conducted a manhunt operation in Brgy. Borlongan, Dipaculao which resulted in the arrest of Arnie Ferreras y Gloria, Top 1 Most Wanted Person Municipal Level, 27 years old and resident of Barangay Reserva, Baler, Aurora. Ferreras was apprehended by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (Sec. 5 and Sec. 11 of RA 9165).

In Nueva Ecija, cops arrested the Top 1 Most Wanted person- Municipal Level identified as Bulatao Gaspar y Capitli, 40 years old and a resident of Brgy. Osmeña, Guimba, Nueva Ecija for Rape with no recommended bail.

Similarly, Bataan police put behind bars Eugene Magbanua y Francisco, 49 years old and resident of Brgy. Alasasin, Mariveles for the crimes of Rape by Sexual Assault and 2 counts of Lascivious Conduct.

Meanwhile, Marina Cayanan y Halili, 59 years old and a resident of Brgy. San Manuel, Tarlac City was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Large Scale and Syndicated Illegal Recruitment with no recommended bail.

PRO3 Director P/Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr., said that the whole police force of Region 3 is persistently putting its best efforts to arrest individuals sought by law.

He further stated that Central Luzon is not a sanctuary for criminals. (UnliNews Online)
