CITY OF MALOLOS — Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando led the turnover of the newly constructed two-storey annex building at Rueda Elementary School in Plaridel, Bulacan on Thursday (Oct. 1), following the completion of its one-year construction period.
The new facility, comprising three classrooms and a principal’s office, is part of Provincial Government of Bulacan’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the education sector in the province, grounded in the belief that quality learning environments are essential to community building.
Teacher III Lalaine S. Fabian witnessed the transformation firsthand, sharing how the new facility has directly benefited students.
This handover reinforces the PGB’s deep commitment to education, providing Bulacan’s students and teachers with the safe, supportive environments they need to succeed. (UnliNews Online)
