Central Luzon’s most wanted persons nabbed!

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Three individuals sought by law tagged as Region 3’s most wanted persons were arrested in two-day (June 1 and 2) separate police operations in Bataan, Tarlac and Zambales.

The first suspect identified as Niño Reyes y Tuazon, leader of Reyes Criminal Gang and tagged as Top 2 Regional Most Wanted Person was caught by joint operating personnel of the Regional Special Operations Group together with Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3, 305th RMFB3, and Magalang MPS under the over-all supervision of P/Lt. Col. Jay Dimaandal, Chief, RSOG/Force Commander, RMFB3 inside a mall in Brgy Cupang Proper, Balanga City, Bataan.

Reyes was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. April Joy B. Magsayo-Aguila, Presiding Judge, Branch 61, RTC, Angeles City, Pampanga for strings of warrant of arrest for Acts of Lasciviousness and Statutory Rape.

The second suspect, Emmanuel Clave a.k.a. Lolo Manny, Top 1 Regional Most Wanted Person was arrested by joint operating personnel of Castillejos MPS together with PIDMU Zambales, Olongapo City MARPSTA, 305th MC, RMFB III, and 2nd PMFC Zambales PPO.

Clave has strings of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Gemma Theresa B Hilario-Logonio, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 12FC Olongapo City for Qualified Rape by Sexual Assault and Qualified Rape with no recommended bail.

The third suspect identified as Ricardo Gelua, Top 9 Regional Most Wanted Person was captured by operatives of Marilao MPS together with Provincial Intelligence Team- Bulacan PPO at Brgy. Prenza II, Marilao, Bulacan.

Gelua has standing warrants of arrest for Statutory Rape and 2 Counts of Rape by Sexual Assault issued by Hon. Francisco Macapagal Beley, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 4, Malolos City, Bulacan dated May 5, 2023, with no recommended bail.
